I hope you are all working on or are finished with your homework drawing. These assignments are worth a lot of points and are great practice to improve your drawing skills. Today it was great to see everyone working so diligently. I think many of you must have got a lot of rest over the long weekend. The work of Marc Chagall could be very inspiring for our paper bag blind contour assignment. I showed the class photos of the mosaic in downtown Chicago.
Marc Chagall - a successful Russian-French modern artist of the twentieth century who created "The Four Seasons" mosaic in the First National Plaza at Dearborn and Monroe Streets in Chicago in the early 1970s.
